Instructions
Prepare an infusion with 2 to 6 g of product in 300ml of boiled water and let steep for 5 minutes preferably covered. Drink up to 3 times daily.
Properties
It has an antioxidant effect due its high content of citric acid and ascorbic acid. Has a mild lowering effect on high bloos pressure. Fights cramps, loss of appetite, dyspepsia and gastroenteritis.
